Artwork Requirements
To ensure your logo looks correct it is best for artwork to be sent in a vectorized format, preferably in one of these file types (.eps, .pdf, .ai).
However, we know that getting your artwork in the correct format, quality, and size for each of our different decorating techniques can be difficult and time-consuming for you, so we can provide artwork vectorization if needed.
Most vendors charge as much as $50 for this service, but to produce a high-quality product, this step is essential and therefore we provide it as part of our 100% SATISFACTION GUARANTEE at no charge to you.
Proofs will be sent to you for your approval before we enter your order into production unless specified.
Need help integrating your logo into one of our designs? Contact our Customer Service Department and we will be happy to have our designers work with you on the project and provide assistance and an estimate of cost.
Product Samples
We understand that making a large order for an item you’ve never seen or held in your hand can be daunting. That’s why we offer low cost and sometimes free samples.
Custom samples are available for certain products, just ask our customer service department and they’ll get you squared away.
We also offer free proofs (digital virtual samples) with all custom orders.
Keep in mind that we have many other products that are not yet on this site. If you can’t find what you’re looking for here, contact our customer service department and we’ll help you find what you’re looking for.
Shipping Policy
Thank you for visiting and shopping at Sunrise Printing, LLC. The following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
– SHIPMENT PROCESSING TIME –
Since your order is custom printed, normal production is usually 7-10 business days from proof approval. We don’t deliver on weekends or holidays. We can often accommodate rush delivery upon approval. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
– SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY ESTIMATES –
Shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer/ purchaser. Overnight delivery is available for an additional charge. Delivery delays can occasionally occur based on inclement weather, natural conditions or shipping company delays.
– SHIPMENT TO P.O. BOXES OR APO/FPO ADDRESSES –
Sunrise Printing, LLC. ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
– SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION & ORDER TRACKING –
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
-CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND TAXES –
Sunrise Printing, LLC. is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. Sales tax charges are added to purchases shipped to North Carolina as required by the State.
– DAMAGES –
Sunrise Printing, LLC is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, we will contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods so we can file a claim on your behalf.
Returns & Refund Policy
Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you are located, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
